I called & was able to get someone out right away to take care of a wasp problem we were having since my son is highly allergic. They were so thorough & did such a great job! I haven't seen a wasp since they came!

Terri Perrone was extremely kind, helpful and quick to respond to my concerns regarding bugs in a new apartment I recently moved into. I sent her a picture of the bug in question and she got back to me asap with the name of the bug and what next steps needed to be taken or not be taken. Very professional. Highly recommend.

We are a long-time customers of Dial - Joe is usually our service tech - he's pleasant, professional and prompt, and explains what he's doing and why. We get annual service for ant removal which only takes one visit and the problem is solved. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.
